Do I need to know which treatment I want before I book?
No. That is what the Rs 499 consult or diagnosis is for. You tell us what is bothering you, the doctor examines you, and you leave with a written plan, or with an honest "you don’t need this".
How much do your programmes cost?
Weight loss: Rs 30,000 a month or Rs 1,00,000 for four months, medicine included. Hair: a four-month course of Rs 40,000, Rs 64,000 or Rs 80,000, medicines included. Midlife hormone care: Rs 4,000 to Rs 9,000 a month. Every programme starts with a consult, and fees are written down before you pay.
Can I do the weight loss programme from outside Mumbai?
Yes. The eligibility consult and monthly reviews can happen by video from anywhere in India, with our team on WhatsApp in between.
What happens when I stop the weight loss medicine?
This is planned before your first dose. You get a taper and maintenance plan, built on protein and strength habits, so the weight is far less likely to come back.
Will my hair grow back?
It depends on when you lost it. Hair lost in the last few years often responds to treatment; hair you were born without will not. The diagnosis tells you which one you have before you spend on anything.
Should I just get a hair transplant?
Maybe, but not first. A transplant does not protect the hair you still have. We save existing hair first, and plan surgery only if you still need it, with the surgeon named in advance.
My periods are still regular. Can this be perimenopause?
It can. Perimenopause can begin years before periods stop, with poor sleep, brain fog, irritability or weight changes. The Midlife Women’s Health Check is designed for exactly this stage.
Does hormone therapy cause breast cancer?
The fear came from an older study that was widely misread. In November 2025 the US FDA began removing the boxed warnings from menopausal hormone therapy labels. It is still not right for everyone, which is why your personal risk is reviewed before anything is prescribed.
Can my husband or daughter come with me?
Yes. Family are welcome at consults, and many daughters book the Midlife Health Check for their mothers.
Do you show before-and-after photos?
No. Indian medical rules do not allow them in advertising, and your progress photos stay private between you and your doctor.
