This website is run by Dr Tvacha Private Limited, 1st Floor, Suraj Arcade, Opp. Cosmos Bank, Gokhale Road, Thane (W) 400602, Maharashtra, India. Women's midlife care is provided by Cocoon × Dr Tvacha, 2nd Floor, Suraj Arcade, at the same address.
What we collect
This website has no forms and does not ask you to create an account. When you call us, message us on WhatsApp or visit a centre, we receive the details you share with us, such as your name, phone number, messages and the reason you are contacting us.
When you become a patient, your doctor keeps medical records about your consultations, tests, prescriptions and treatment, as required for your care and by Indian medical regulations.
If analytics or advertising tools are switched on for this website, they may use cookies to understand how pages are used and to measure our advertising. These tools do not receive your medical information.
How we use it
To reply to you, book and remind you about appointments, provide and follow up on your treatment, send prescriptions and reports, and meet our legal and regulatory duties. We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
Only with those who help provide your care or run our services, such as laboratories, pharmacies and courier partners for medicines, and service providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep medical records for as long as Indian medical regulations require, and other contact information for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to access a summary of your personal data, correct or update it, ask us to erase data we no longer need to keep, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf.
