India's National Medical Commission guidelines of October 2026 allow clinics to share factual, verifiable information like this, and not promotional claims. Basically, you need to know where to come and when. That is all this page is for.
What should I know about each centre?
Each centre has its own practical details: the floor, the access, and when you are likely to find me there.
Thane: our main centre since 2005

Thane is where I opened Dr Tvacha, on 28 November 2005, and it is still our main centre. I see patients here in the mornings. If you want to see me in person and mornings suit you, Thane is the natural choice.
The centre is on the 1st floor of Suraj Arcade, opposite Cosmos Bank on Gokhale Road. Cocoon × Dr Tvacha is in the same building, one floor up on the 2nd floor, so if you are visiting both, you do not need to travel anywhere else.
If stairs are difficult for you, call the centre before your visit so the team can help you plan.
Andheri: Lokhandwala, with evening appointments with me

I see patients at Andheri in the evenings. That makes this centre practical if you work through the day and want to see me after office hours. The centre is on the 2nd floor and the building has a lift.

The Dahisar centre is on the ground floor of Adiv House, so there are no stairs or lifts to manage.

Weight care does not need a centre visit. The eligibility consult is by video, and I do the monthly reviews myself, with WhatsApp support in between. Video consultations follow India's Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020, which allow registered doctors to consult by video while requiring an in-person visit when a physical examination is essential. What is the same at every centre?
Whichever centre you choose, a few things do not change:
- A private consultation room. A separate room for your conversation with the doctor.
- Languages. You can consult in English, Hindi or Marathi.
- The same process. Diagnosis first, fees in writing before you pay, review dates fixed on day one and a plan for maintenance.
Keeping these the same across four centres is a large part of why I chose to stay at four. I explain the reasoning in why we went from nine centres back to four.
Practical tips for your visit
- Call or WhatsApp before you leave, especially in the monsoon, when Mumbai and Thane traffic can be unpredictable. If you are running late, let the centre know.
- Choose by doctor and timing, not just distance. If you want to see me in person, Thane mornings and Andheri evenings are the options.
- For midlife care, note the different hours. Cocoon × Dr Tvacha consults run from 9:30 am to 12 pm and 1:30 to 3:40 pm, Monday to Saturday.
